Betts Transport, based in Walcha in northern New South Wales, received their 100 year Mack Super-Liner from the team at JT Fossey.
Betts is operated by Peter and Bev Betts from their family property and while they were unable to break their isolation to receive the truck, son Chris, who assists in the daily operation of the company, was on hand to receive the new truck.
Accompanying the brand new truck was the 100 Years Owners Kit and a number of gifts organised by the team at JT Fossey, who also plan to hold a celebratory dinner with the Betts family once the current situation passes.

Throughout their history, Betts Transport has delivered on their customer’s high expectations. They pride themselves on a professional image, safe and reliable deliveries, and versatility in adapting to delivery expectations. They also aim to have the most modern trucks in their fleet, which is why choosing one of the unique 100 Year Mack’s was a no-brainer.
Mack Trucks Australia decided to design and build the 100 Years Mack range to commemorate the history Mack has had since arriving in Australia following World War 1. A limited number of Super-Liners and Tridents were built, with customers having the choice to brand theirs with a significant number and year between 1919 and 2019.
Painted in Betts red and white livery, Peter’s Limited Edition Super-Liner has the unique number 9 and year 1989 inscribed on a plaque in the truck, to commemorate the year Peter bought his first Mack. The registration number ‘685 DOG’ reflects the powerful 685hp MP10 engine beneath the boldly shaped bonnet.
The designs of the trucks combine Mack’s heritage and iconic look with contemporary styles and innovations to bring customers unique trucks worthy to carry the gold bulldog. These trucks represent the evolution Mack has taken to deliver what operators and rivers need to today: productivity, reliability, safety, comfort, and famous Mack durability.
Mack Trucks Australia would like to congratulate Betts Transport on their recent delivery of a 100 Year Mack Super-Liner. Mack Trucks Australia hopes the truck suits Betts the best it can and can be counted on to do the toughest jobs and deliver results time after time.
