We cover the first year…

Whatever model of Mack you have, you can be sure that our Standard Warranty covers every Mack component in it for the first year, unlimited kilometres, and that includes on-highway coverage.

Driveline and Extended Warranty

We offer one of the most flexible extended warranty plans in the industry. So when the standard warranty expires you are covered with a customised warranty program. Standing behind our Warranty coverage are our Mack Service Centres all around New Zealand.

For Mack vehicles manufactured on or after 1st January 2016

International factory warranty applies to Mack (CSM) Metro-Liner, (CMM) Granite, (CMH) Trident &, (CLX) Super-Liner.

• 12 months factory Basic Vehicle Warranty
• Factory vehicle warranty is valid for 12 months / unlimited km's from delivery date of the vehicle
• 24 months - Factory Driveline Warranty
• 24 months / 200,000 km's warranty applies to certain driveline components.
• Mack (CXX) Titan has individual warranty coverage based on the vehicle GCM.
• MTD Extended Driveline Warranty also applies to Mack (CMM) Granite, (CMH) Trident & (CLX) Super-Liner
• MTD Extended Driveline Warranty
• 24 months / 500,000 km's warranty applies to certain driveline components
• 36 months / 800,000 km's warranty applies to certain driveline components
• 48 months / 800,000 km's warranty applies to certain driveline components
